I must admit when I first saw these containers and the claims they make I was very skeptical. I have been using the oso*fresh containers now for 3 months and they definitely live up to their word of keeping food fresher for longer periods of time. I left strawberries in one of these containers for a week and it looked and tasted as good as the day I put them in. These will no doubt become the new standard in food storage containers.
